2 Virginia Men Face Multiple Charges in Separate Cases Involving Children

HERNDON, VA — Officers from the Herndon Police Department charged two men in connection with separate crimes against children. 


herndonIn the first case, after an investigation by Herndon Police in conjunction with the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Taskforce, Daniel Warren Clark.
43, of Manassas, VA, was arrested by Herndon Police Department on four (4) felony counts of indecent liberties with a child by a person in a custodial or supervisory relationship against a juvenile victim that is known to him. He was transported to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center where is being held without bond. 
Clark was taken to the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center, where he is being held without bond.

On Jan. 27, officers arrested Dario Alfonso Figueroa Rodas, 41, of Herndon, in the 1200 block of Springtide Place. They charged him with the rape of a juvenile victim who was known to him. He is being held without bond at the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center.
