The Blue Ribbon Project, like all 501(c)(3) organizations, is governed by a Board of Directors. The Blue Ribbon Project’s Board of Directors provides governance, oversight, and strategic guidance to ensure the organization remains true to its mission of supporting children and young adults who have experienced abuse, neglect, or trauma.

Working closely with organizational leadership, the board helps shape long‑term vision, safeguards financial and ethical integrity, and champions community partnerships that strengthen programs and services. Board members also serve as ambassadors for The Blue Ribbon Project in the community, helping to expand awareness, resources, and support so that every child can feel safe, valued, and empowered to build a brighter future.
