Mending the Broken Parts

It is refreshing when I hear and read survivor stories...The "survivor" attitude is something I can relate to...and it's great to see people go from "victim" to "survivor". During my journey as a survivor, I've met some great people along the way. One of those is Aprel Phelps Downey. On this page is more information on Aprel's book, "Mending The Broken Parts". It's not always easy to make the journey to survivor.

You have felt broken for most of your life. You’ve struggled with an addiction, endured bruises from abuse or were bullied by someone that wanted control of your life. You struggle with getting back up and fighting each time life knocks you down. Now it’s time to let go of it all and reclaim the life you know you were meant to live!

• Are you haunted by feelings of shame and embarrassment from childhood abuse?
• Are you unable to move forward with life yet not quite strong enough to face your past?
• Do you just need to know that, despite the brokenness, you are going to be OK?

If you answered ‘yes’ to these questions ‘Mending the Broken Parts’ is for you!

Upon reading my book you will start to see that:
• Your struggle is real! I know firsthand the challenges you are facing.
• Letting go is an essential part to you moving forward.

There are broken moments in your life that need to be mended. I have walked this path and managed to start mending my brokenness one step at a time. Let me be the one to help you start healing your broken parts one word at a time!
