The Blue Ribbon Project doesn't just give away backpacks and clothing! We also host amazing events through our Foster Friends Program, like Picture Day. So often, youth in care don't have enough pictures. We believe every youth should have a professional picture of themselves. This free photo shoot and printed picture can be just the youth by themselves or with their special people. It's the perfect opportunity to take photos for your holiday cards!
