The Blue Ribbon Project serves abused and neglected children, as well as foster youth, in various counties and communities across the state of Maryland. The above counties marked in blue are counties in which we are currently active. The counties highlighted in red are counties in which we are working with county agencies and will be launching soon in that county.

Currently, we serve:

  • Anne Arundel County, Maryland (Partnerships with Annapolis Police Department, Anne Arundel County Police Department, Anne Arundel County Department of Social Services, and Anne Arundel County Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA))
  • Baltimore County, Maryland (Partnerships with Baltimore County Department of Social Services and Baltimore County Police Department's Crimes Against Children Unit)
  • Calvert County, Maryland (Partnership with Calvert County Department of Social Services)
  • Carroll County, Maryland (Partnership with Carroll County Department of Social Services)

  • Harford County, Maryland (Partnerships with Harford County Sheriffs Office, Harford County Department of Social Services, Harford County States Attorney's Office, Harford County Child Advocacy Center and the Havre De Grace Police Department)

  • Washington County, Maryland (Partnerships with Washington County Department of Social Services
  • Wilson County, Tennessee (Through a partnership with The Keith Edmonds Foundation. Keith Edmonds, a survivor himself, has worked tremendously to serve abused and neglected children in Wilson County Tennessee and it's great to be working with him in ensuring that youth entering care have all of the essentials they need.)

We are expanding to other counties in Maryland (and beyond). If you would like to see our programs offered in your county, please contact us. In order for our programs to be successful, it takes a partnership between us, The Department of Social Services in that particular county, and oftentimes various law enforcement agencies. With these partnerships, we can continue to grow and serve these youth.
